About Us

Brotherhood Summer Soccer League is an effort to develop the sport of soccer while building brotherhood within the community. BSSL operates as a non-profit organization that offers Muslims of the Greater Toronto Area an opportunity to play in a competitive and professional environment. We organize teams using a draft-based system to foster teamwork and brotherhood with others within the community.

Our mission is to leverage sport to build a community where we can give back to Canadian society. Each team plays for a charity and volunteers their time towards that charity throughout the year.

Brotherhood Sports Leagues is a registered non-profit organization. In 10 years, Brotherhood Sports Leagues and its members have contributed over $400,000 to various charities. We are #morethanaleague.
